For weddings
Getting married outdoors in Houston? Your guests will notice the restrooms, so they're worth getting right. Most couples go with deluxe flushable units or a restroom trailer near the reception, set up before the ceremony starts.
Takes about two minutes.
Deluxe flushables with a sink and mirror, or a full restroom trailer.
Guest count, hours and the bar decide the number.
A hand-wash station near the catering keeps things easy.
In place before the ceremony and collected after the weekend.
Tell us the date, the guest count, the venue and whether there's a bar. We'll suggest the setup and a local provider follows up.
Your name, ZIP and a line about the job is enough to get a local provider connected.
You’ll see it on screen and in your inbox the moment it goes through.
A local provider will call or text you about your request.
Most outdoor weddings go one of two ways. Deluxe flushable units have a flush, a sink and a mirror, and they need no hookups. A restroom trailer has private stalls, running water and air conditioning, but it needs power nearby.
For a smaller wedding, a pair of deluxe units is often all you need. For a bigger or more formal one, a common setup is a trailer for guests and a couple of standard units for the caterers and vendors.

For an evening wedding with a bar. A local provider will confirm the count on follow-up.
| Guests | Deluxe units | Or a trailer |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 50 | 2 | Compact trailer |
| 50 to 100 | 2 to 3 | Compact trailer |
| 100 to 150 | 3 to 5 | Mid-size trailer |
| 150 to 250 | 5 to 8 | Larger trailer |
| 250 and up | Ask us | Large trailer plus units |
A long reception or an open bar pushes the number up. The calculator on the form works it out for your exact numbers.
Wedding restrooms get used in waves. After the ceremony, after dinner and around the first dance, everyone goes at once. Too few units and your guests spend part of your reception standing in line.
Where they go matters as well. You want them easy to find from the dance floor but well away from the tables, on level ground and with a lit path once it gets dark. If one of your guests uses a wheelchair, add an ADA-accessible unit.
Guest count, hours and the bar decide how many. The calculator runs the numbers.
Near the reception, away from the food, on firm and level ground.
A trailer needs an outlet or a generator. Deluxe units need nothing.
Crew size or guest count, the dates, and where the units should go. It takes a couple of minutes.
Delivery, service and pickup are typically included. The local provider confirms pricing for your request.
Pumped, cleaned and restocked on schedule until you're finished.
Don’t see yours? Put it in the notes on the form and a local provider will follow up.
Send the date and the guest count. We'll have the restrooms set up before the ceremony and gone after the weekend.
